Memorial Service for Christopher Walker
Christopher Walker (1968-2010), a talented bass guitarist with a slew of Cincinnati bands on his resume, died early Saturday morning on July 3rd from injuries suffered in a 2007 car crash. He was 42.
Come celebrate the life and love of life of Christopher A. Walker. A memorial service will be held on Saturday July 10, 2010 at Crossroads Community Church, 3500 Madison Road ,Cincinnati, OH 45209-1120 at 10:00 am.
Followed by a celebration of Music
Please join us at Stanley’s Pub 323 Stanley Avenue Cincinnati; OH 45226 from 2pm-7pm for music, memories, food and laughter. It will be a time to share your stories and your music.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that you make a donation to Play it Forward in Dr Chris Walker’s name.
Play It Forward is an application of the concept of 'pay it forward' to local music right here in the Greater Cincinnati area.
"The dedication of musicians to their craft and to the enjoyment of so many sometimes comes at the expense of their financial security and well being, occasionally leaving them in very dire straits. We seek to educate the public about those cases and to create and manage an investment fund whose annual profits will be used to assist Greater Cincinnati musicians and their families in times of catastrophic need."
